Allen & Allen shares a belief with the Legal Aid Society, in that everyone deserves competent legal representation. The Legal Aid Society provides free civil legal assistance to underserved communities. This organization also works to achieve justice by dismantling systems that create and perpetuate poverty. The Legal Aid Society believes that justice means racial justice, social justice, and economic justice.

In solidarity with Legal Aid’s mission, Allen & Allen made a $7,500 donation to the Legal Aid Justice Center in Charlottesville and $7,500 to the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society in Richmond. Attorneys Ashley Davis and Scott Fitzgerald presented the check in Richmond, and attorneys Richard Armstrong and David Irvine presented the check in Charlottesville. In Fredericksburg, attorney David Williams awarded a $5,000 check to Legal Aid Works.
