I first came to Allen and Allen years ago because I saw them on TV and others told me they were the best. They handled my stepdaughter and grandson’s case. I was happy with that case, so when we got hit hard from the rear and the other driver left the scene, I knew where to go.
Wil Van Winkle handled my case. Wil and his team let us know about everything. During COVID, we communicated over the phone and email. The communication was nice and always quick. When the insurance company made a small offer, Wil took my case to court and got me a fair amount. It was over 4 times the offer. When it came to Allen and Allen they got it done. It was just easy. Even going to court wasn’t bad, even though I had to testify.
