I had seen the advertisements for Allen & Allen on TV and I saw the sign for the Chesterfield office frequently while driving up and down Rte. 360. The office was close for me and with the reputation of the firm I decided Allen & Allen would be the best choice for me. Allen & Allen also does a lot of good in the community. It is nice to see that they care to get involved and they want to help others.

Mr. Kerns was in the office the day I came in and took me to his office to hear my story. He just listened to me and made me feel comfortable.  I felt at ease and I knew I was in good hands. From the beginning he told me to concentrate on getting better and let him take care of the rest. When my case was turned over to Mic McConnell, my experience was very good – actually, it was fantastic. He had a good ear for listening as well. He told me what to expect and helped me handle the depositions which was a hard experience. I learned a lot working with him. He also told me to focus on my recovery and work on getting better while they handled my case.

My experience with the legal assistants and staff was also very positive. My legal assistant was compassionate and knew how to talk to me and calm me when I was stressed and upset. The receptionist in the Chesterfield office was always very nice and helpful.

Allen & Allen looked out for me and cared for me. I’m very happy with the outcome of my case. I’ll never be the same after my accident but after my hard work during my recovery and my attorney’s hard work, I know I’ll be okay.
