Veteran Allen & Allen employee Judy Watson was chosen as the 2022 recipient of the Marcella Murray Award. When the announcement was made, firm employees were enthusiastic in their congratulations.
“Judy started with the firm in 1984 and has provided outstanding support to the accounting department, and all of us, for over 38 years. Congratulations Judy!” said firm president Edward Allen.
Employee Nancy Burshem said, “Well deserved. Judy has been a legal assistant, an intake specialist and for over 20 years now, one of the best accounting specialists we have had. She is always willing to help. Thank you Judy for all you do and congratulations!”
The announcement took place during Legal Week, as the firm celebrated at Brambly Park. Because of being chosen, Judy has been awarded $1,000. Named for the beloved legal assistant who passed away in 2010, the award is presented to an employee who exemplifies the character, service, and client-first attitude that Marcella Murray is remembered for.
