The law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that attorney Derrick L. Walker was recently named as a shareholder of the firm.
Derrick joined the firm in 2015 as a trial attorney in the Richmond office specializing in cases involving car or tractor-trailer accidents, traumatic brain injury, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Throughout his tenure at Allen & Allen, Derrick has achieved multi-million dollar results, including a $6.5 million award in a case involving a tractor-trailer collision, a $4.5 million award for a bicyclist struck by a commercial vehicle, and over a dozen 7-figure awards in cases involving medical negligence.
According to President Edward L. Allen, Derrick’s achievements are only outshone by his work ethic.

In addition to being included in the Top 5% list of Virginia’s Super Lawyers, Derrick has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America in the practice area of Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs since 2017.
Derrick is actively involved in the Board of Governors for the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice, where he serves on the Executive Committee.
