They were wonderful, very helpful and always patient. Mr. Kerns, Marcella and Marilynn were just great.

They treated me like they really cared about me as a person. If I called with a question, I always received a call back 10 minutes later. There was never a time that I called that they didn’t have an answer for me. And even when I felt like my questions were silly, they would say there are no silly questions and help me. Every opportunity that I have, I tell people how wonderful my experience was. They made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about a thing and that everything would be okay. And it was, even when the insurance company tried to deny my claim.

With the help of Mr. Kerns, things turned out better than I ever expected. I was very happy. They are very personable and good people. They never forget a client and that makes me feel really good.
