Robert from Fredericksburg

I was working for a grocery company, and one day I was carrying a heavy stack of cardboard pallet protectors. They’re pretty heavy. When I tried to lift them a little higher, both shoulders popped. Loudly.

I was in so much pain, I had to stop work immediately. I drove my forklift over to the main office, and my supervisor suggested I go to the hospital. I got X-rays and an MRI, and it turned out that both rotator cuffs had popped. At work, the extent of my pain was difficult to convey. And with HR calling me with questions, I started to feel the uncertainty.

The first thing Jennifer said to me was, “Don’t worry about it. I got you.” I wasn’t expecting such a positive experience, but I was wrong. Jennifer has been through this. She made me feel comfortable in the knowledge that everything was going to work out. If you have to go to battle, you should have Jennifer behind you. She is a breath of fresh air.
