Allen & Allen is thrilled to announce that attorney Jennifer Capocelli has been inducted as a Fellow of the College for Workers’ Compensation Lawyers.
Jennifer’s election as a Fellow is a show of recognition by her colleagues that she has distinguished herself as an outstanding professional who has made a sustained contribution to the field of workers’ compensation. This nomination is reserved for lawyers who meet the College’s standards of integrity, professionalism, and character.
The College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers is an organization that honors workers’ compensation plaintiff’s attorneys, defense attorneys, professors, and judges nationwide. Their Fellows are recognized as distinguished members of the workers’ compensation legal community. They hold conferences, host a network for professionals to discuss issues related to the field, and keep the community engaged via podcasts, newsletters, and social events.
Jennifer is no stranger to accolades in the legal space. She’s been named to 2023’s Virginia Super Lawyers, was named to 2022’s Leaders in the Law, and has earned countless glowing testimonials from happy clients. She also recently secured the largest workers’ compensation settlement in the firm’s history, at over $750,000.
“I am extremely honored to have been selected for induction to the College, since it is a recognition by my peers, for whom I have a lot of respect,” said Capocelli.
