Jason Konvicka of the Allen Law Firm Achieves Recertification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy

Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is proud to announce that Jason W. Konvicka has successfully achieved recertification as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA). [1] He has maintained this certification since 2006. Mr. Konvicka also attained civil pretrial practice advocate status in 2012.

Jason Konvicka is a Richmond personal injury and medical malpractice lawyer. He has represented clients severely injured through the use of defective drugs and medical devices. He has achieved impressive verdicts and settlements for clients in cases in wrongful death, bus accident, traumatic brain injury, and tractor trailer accident cases. Mr. Konvicka is listed in Best Lawyers in America and Virginia Super Lawyers. He has successfully argued before the Virginia Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

The NBTA was formed out of a strong conviction that both the law profession and its clients would benefit from an organization designed specifically to create an objective set of standards illustrating an attorney’s experience and expertise in the practice of trial law.

The elaborate screening of credentials that all NBTA board certified attorneys must successfully complete includes: demonstration of substantial trial experience, submission of judicial and peer references to attest to their competency, attendance of continuing legal education courses, and proof of good standing.

Mr. Konvicka is part of a growing number of trial attorneys that have illustrated their commitment to bettering the legal profession by successfully completing a rigorous application process and providing the consumer of legal services with an objective measure by which to choose qualified and experienced legal counsel.
