History of the Chesterfield Office

Chesterfield County, one of the fastest growing counties in the country, has seen a substantial increase in its population over the last 20 years.  Recognizing this change in demographics as well as the growth of suburban communities in counties further south and west of Chesterfield, the attorneys of Allen and Allen opened a branch office south of the James River 17 years ago. The office is situated on Hull Street Road (Rt 360) in the Harbourside Centre Shopping Center off of Mockingbird Lane by Glory Days Grill. This office serves the Firm's many clients who live or work in south Richmond.

Managing the Chesterfield County office is partner Trent S. Kerns, a 16 year veteran of Allen, Allen, Allen and Allen, has handled well over one thousand cases for the residents of this burgeoning area. Directions:

General Information: This new location is situated 1 mile west of the Interstate 288 and Route 360 (Hull Street Road) interchange. The office is in the same shopping center (Harbourside Centre) as Glory Days Grill and is located across from the Bonefish Grill Restaurant.

From Chippenham Parkway:  Take the Hull Street Road (Route 360) West Exit.  Follow Hull Street for approximately 10 miles and make a left onto Mockingbird Lane (at traffic light). Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.
 
From Powhite Parkway:  From Powhite Parkway (VA-76), take the 288 Southbound Exit towards I-95/Chesterfield. Continue on 288 S and take the first Hull Street (Route 360) West – Amelia Exit and drive through two traffic lights. Make a left at the third traffic light onto Mockingbird Lane. Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.

From Route 288 Southbound:  Take the first Hull Street (Route 360) West – Amelia Exit and drive through two traffic lights. Make a left at the third traffic light onto Mockingbird Lane. Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.

From East:  If on Hull Street Road (Route 360), continue going West (toward Amelia). If you pass under Chippenham Parkway, follow Hull Street for approximately 10 miles and make a left onto Mockingbird Lane (at traffic light). Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.
 
From West:  If on Route 360 (Hull Street Road), continue going East (toward Richmond) make a right onto Mockingbird Lane (at traffic light). Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.

From South:
If on I-95, take the Route 288 Exit, continue north and take the Hull Street Road West Exit.  Follow Hull Street for approximately 1 mile and make a left onto Mockingbird Lane (at traffic light). Make your first right into the Harbourside Centre Shopping Plaza. Take an immediate right into our parking lot.

From North:
