History of the Fredericksburg Office

In 1994, Edward L. Allen, one of Allen and Allen’s young partners, moved to Fredericksburg, Virginia with his new bride to open Allen and Allen’s office in this Central Virginia location fifty miles north of Richmond; he’s never looked back!

Over the years Edward Allen has been joined in Fredericksburg by other attorneys including partner and president Douglas A. Barry, David M. Williams, Jr., Tamara L. Jezic, Kathleen M. Llewellyn-Duncan and Nathan Veldhuis. These personal injury and medical malpractice lawyers are dedicated to serving the legal needs of the Firm's clients who live or work in the Fredericksburg area.

As Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties have grown, so has Allen and Allen. In early 2007, the law firm opened the Garrisonville branch in the Doc Stone Shopping Center on Route 610, approximately one mile west of Interstate 95.

In January 2008, the Allen Law Firm moved into a brand new office building located on Route 3, west of Interstate 95, only a few hundred feet west of it's former location. The Firm looks forward to continuing its tradition of client-first service in its larger and more modern office.
