Cody from Fredericksburg

I was T-boned and went to urgent care the next day. I was in pain and knew something wasn’t right, but I had no idea what to do. Thankfully, a friend of mine who had used Allen & Allen recommended that I call Scott Carlton to learn about my options. This was my first time working with an attorney, and all I can say is, I’m glad I made the call!

Scott was great to work with. He always answered my questions promptly, often within a few hours. He kept me updated, was upfront about everything, and explained the next steps so I knew what to expect. Sandy, the legal assistant assigned to my case, also checked in regularly to see how I was doing.

There’s a lot that goes into a case like this, and I know a lot more now than I did before my accident. No one wants to find themselves in this position, but having people you can rely on to guide you through the process and help you understand your options makes all the difference. It takes work, but working with Scott was very beneficial to me, and it was all worth it.

My advice to anyone in the same position is to meet with your attorney, understand the process, and know your options. I don’t know how people navigate these situations on their own. Scott and Sandy made the process easier, and if something happened again, Scott would be the first person I’d call.
