The Allen Law Firm is thrilled to announce that attorney Bridget Long has been elected Chair of the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus for the American Association for Justice.
Bridget is no stranger to leadership. She has served as president of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (VTLA), the Virginia Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), and has served in leadership positions of many other legal organizations. She has been actively involved with AAJ for over a decade. She has served as the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus (WTLC) representative to the board of governors for many years. She often speaks at AAJ seminars on various topics, including trial advocacy, trucking litigation, deposition tactics, and ethics.
“I am thrilled to serve as leader of this group which has had such an impact on me and my career as a female litigator. The Women Trial Lawyers Caucus is a member group of the American Association for Justice that promotes women in the legal profession. The WTLC was created to address the lack of a forum for women litigators in other bar associations. The WTLC’s mission includes providing continuing legal education and establishing a mentoring program. The organization has grown to over 4,500 members and includes women from every state in America.”
Allen & Allen looks forward to the meaningful contributions Bridget will be making as Chair of the Women Trial Lawyers Caucus. Please join us in congratulating Bridget!
