I saw another review and had to follow – I worked with Emily Smith for the past year and a half. And Wow.
For the people who would like quick and to the point: 1000/10 recommend working with Emily Smith. She is personable, yet professional. Informative, but respectful. You could not go wrong with choosing Emily to represent you.
For those who would like more detail, be warned it may be long, but worth it –Emily is absolutely wonderful, and I hate to say I only got the honor to meet her once during the closing on the case. But she made the process so easy, as phone calls and texts were our primary form of communication.
Emily was beyond amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer to walk me through this journey, as it was my first time ever handling anything legal-related in my 30 years of life. She was attentive and informative every step of the way. I never felt confused or lost, because I knew if I had any questions, she was a text or phone away. Finally, not only did I gain a lawyer to work with for life, but also a friend.
Emily became a huge support system through the crazy stress that not only a legal case brings, but also everyday life, and dealing with my injury and treatment. This woman went out of her way and sent me a peace lily when my fur baby passed during the case. She knew how much he meant to me and how much stress I was feeling from not only the loss, but the case, the treatment, and day to day life. I still have that peace lily, and every time I look at it or care for it, I think of my fur baby and the wonderful woman who gave me something to remind me of my fur baby. You could not go wrong with choosing Emily to work your case. She will go above and beyond, as long as you’re willing to put a tad bit of the work (She’ll do 99% of it for you anyway.)
