Megan from Richmond

Jamie was the help I didn’t know I needed. Jamie was recommended by a friend after I was involved in a car accident involving multiple vehicles. I wasn’t initially planning on using an attorney, but then the insurance companies started reaching out. You never know how complicated these things can be, and I’m really glad I picked up the phone and called. It turned out to have a bigger impact on my life than I thought it would.

Jamie and Kristy were a supportive team. They were very competent and kind. I felt a high level of trust and confidence in their work, and in both of them in general. They seemed to strike a balance that worked well for me, with the right energy and balance of kindness and professionalism. Their “legal bedside manner,” if you will, was great, and communication was efficient. It was a great experience for what I was dealing with.

If anyone was considering working with Jamie, I’d want them to know that I’m glad I reached out sooner rather than later. He’s a straight shooter and is somebody I trust to decline the work if he couldn’t add value to it. Once you are his client, he is incredibly responsive and he never seemed put out by any form of communication. I never hesitated to reach out or ask any questions. He makes it clear that he’s there for you.

Just trust him. I did. He was up front from the beginning. He reminded me that my role in this was to live my life and to heal. His focus was my case. That allowed me to focus on healing. He told me in the beginning that my case might take a long time. I appreciated him telling me that, because it did, and it allowed me to shift my focus where it needed to go. I appreciated his role in managing the case, so I could manage my own life.
