Plaintiff was on a motorcycle when poor driving by the defendant caused the plaintiff to lay down his bike and hit the pavement.
Injuries included a right clavicle fracture, a slight concussion and some aggravation to pre-existing degeneration in the spine. He also had multiple bruises and abrasions. Plaintiff was wearing a proper helmet and wearing leather pants and jacket, as well as leather boots.
