I don’t even know where to begin but I can truly say I am happy that my case is finally done after a full year. July of 2024 I was in an accident that was clearly the other person’s fault. It was difficult from the start. It was in my apartment community and because it was technically private property the police did not come out. The young lady who ran the stop sign got out of her car while on the phone and didn’t say a word to me, but her boyfriend or husband came out and spoke to me. At first I felt fine but after the initial shock wore off my wrist started to hurt and I had some back pain. Fast forward two days later, the young lady admitted fault at first, then lied and stated she didn’t run the stop sign. At that moment a family friend prompted me to call an attorney. At first I didn’t want to, I was injured but I was naive enough to believe the other driver’s insurance company would see the damage and see she was at fault and get my car fixed. Well, it didn’t happen that way.
I called Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen first, and they took my case. I was assigned to the greatest legal team ever, (Courtney Winston & Marcie Priddy.) From the beginning Courtney and Marcie assured me that I was in good hands and it would all work out. From that point on I felt like things were looking up. I had to go through physical therapy for a few months, I went to countless doctors appointments, and mental therapy while still trying to grasp the concept of what was truly going on. Never have I ever been in this predicament to where I was suing someone. I had doubts, I had concerns, and I was truly worried of the potential outcome. But, each time I was reassured that everything will work out and it will all be okay. A year later, it all did work out and everything ended on a good note as Courtney and Marcie said it would.
I would recommend Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen to anyone who was injured in an accident. Courtney and Marcie, I couldn’t thank them enough for the hard work they put in for me. I do not take lightly how much the made me feel like I was their only client when I know I wasn’t. I was kept updated every step of the way. They were the very best.
