Pamela from Stafford

At the end of April 2020, I was hit from behind in my car. I didn’t realize I was injured at the time. I suffered a minor concussion, but I didn’t know I had additional injuries that would cause me to have a stroke 45 days later. I realized once I was released from the hospital that I wasn’t the same. I just wanted my life back.

A friend of mine told me this was not my fault, and that I needed someone who could assist me and be on my side. I had no idea how to sue someone. He suggested I call Allen & Allen, so I did. It was less than 24 hours after I called them that I received a call back. David Williams and his assistant Mallory were amazing. In that first meeting, he told me things that allowed me to let go and to concentrate on me. He said he was there for me and asked me to turn over everything so I could concentrate on healing. “Let go and let David” became my motto.

I have never had an experience with a business like I did with Allen & Allen. David and Mallory did all the work and made it such a positive experience. They handled everything and were in constant communication. They formed a friendship with me and became like family. It was such an uplifting experience; much easier than I thought it would be. The year flew by because I was able to let go of what happened and concentrate on me.

The settlement I received was more than I thought it would be. I am in a much better place now. It is nice to be debt free and to have the medical bills off my back. I didn’t have to fight for myself, and I didn’t lose any sleep knowing that David and Mallory had my back the whole way. They are empathetic, professional and courteous and truly understood what I was feeling. In my eyes, I was their only client. It was David, Mallory, and Pam on a mission. I am now back at work and have not missed a day since I’ve been back. I am now looking forward to crossing things off my bucket list!
