Matthew B. Murray Resigns from the Allen Law Firm
Douglas A. Barry, President of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen has reported that Mr. Murray has resigned and that the Firm has accepted his resignation.
“After certain allegations were made against Mr. Murray, we were shocked to learn that wrong doing had occurred and conducted a thorough internal investigation,” says Barry. “We are fully satisfied that all aspects of any wrong doing we are aware of have been made known to the defense attorneys and to the Court.”
While there continues to be an active case pending in the Court, it is Firm policy not to comment further.
