Meet David
David is a seasoned and caring personal injury attorney who leads the Stafford and Fredericksburg offices of Allen & Allen. Throughout his career, he has devoted his practice almost entirely to personal injury cases, including car crashes, motorcycle collisions, pedestrian injuries, and slip and fall accidents. He is committed to protecting injured individuals from unfair or insensitive treatment by insurance companies.
David holds an AV Preeminent rating—the highest distinction awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also recognized in The Best Lawyers in America. Over the years, he has handled a wide variety of personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. He has even presented arguments before the Virginia Supreme Court.
Clients know David as a hardworking and dedicated advocate who strives to achieve fair results in every case. In addition to his legal work, he gives back to the community. He serves on the board of directors for Legal Aid Works (formerly Rappahannock Legal Services), a nonprofit organization that provides free, high-quality legal help to low-income individuals and families. He also supports the Rappahannock United Way through fundraising efforts and by serving on its Citizen Review Panel.
