We wanted to let you know how grateful we are for your continued support this past year.
From the very beginning you took control and told me “Don’t worry about a thing.” That you would handle things. What a comfort that was to hand everything over to you. You had our trust right from the start. There was such a peace of mind as you were the one to deal with the enormous bills from the hospital, doctors and EMT’s.
It was such a relief as you dealt with the insurance companies to protect our interests.
We appreciate all of your efforts and hard work staying on top of things and always keeping us in the loop.
Andrea and you did such a wonderful job for us. We will be forever grateful. I pray we don’t have a need again, however you will be the one person to call for assistance.
