Conoce a Paul

Paul Hux became part of Allen & Allen in 1999, bringing with him years of experience handling personal injury claims. Since then, he has achieved strong results in the courtroom and is willing to take a case to trial if he believes a settlement offer falls short of what his client deserves.

Paul’s goal is to give his clients peace of mind. He understands that recovery can take time, and he works to support and guide each person every step of the way, standing by them as their advocate throughout the process.

He serves as the managing trial attorney in the firm’s Chesterfield office. Much of his work involves car crashes, truck collisions, and premises liability claims. Known for his strong work ethic, Paul is committed to giving every client the attention and care they need. He has been recognized in Virginia Super Lawyers since 2010 and was named one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Virginia by the National Trial Lawyers Association. He was also included in the 2023 edition of Los mejores abogados de Estados Unidos. 

In 2014, Paul secured a $22 million settlement for a young boy who suffered paralysis and brain injuries after a crash involving a dump truck. According to Abogados de Virginia semanalmente, it was the largest personal injury settlement in Virginia involving a motor vehicle at that time.

Paul grew up in Newport News, Virginia, and was the first in his family to attend college. He is married to Michelle and is the father of three grown children—twin sons and a daughter. He is active in the James Madison University Alumnae group and strongly supports Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD), taking part in local fundraising and outreach efforts.

In his free time, Paul enjoys starting his day with a round of golf and spending the afternoon at the lake or beach with his family. He plays competitive tennis and is a member of a United States Tennis Association team. During the summer, he and his family enjoy boating, fishing, jet skiing, and water skiing together.
