Injuries: Wrongful Death
The plaintiff’s decedent was killed instantly when he was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer. The decedent was 63 years old at the time of the crash. He was divorced and had two adult children who were the sole beneficiaries under the Wrongful Death Act. There were no economic damages other than the funeral bill.
