Meet Jason

Jason is an associate in the Richmond office with a background in prosecution and plaintiff-side personal injury litigation. He focuses his practice on personal injury cases and is dedicated to fighting for the seriously injured.

Before joining The Allen Law Firm full-time, Jason spent the summer of 2025 as a summer associate with the firm. Jason researched Virginia and federal issues in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and helped prepare cases for depositions, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings. Jason gained valuable trial court experience with the Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney in Norfolk and Newport News. Under a third-year practice certificate, he drafted motions and conducted hearings on misdemeanor and felony matters.

After earning his B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University he attended William & Mary Law School where he received the Oliver W. Hill Scholarship and the Virginia Trial Lawyers Foundation scholarship. During his time at William & Mary he was chosen by faculty for the Dean’s Certificate for exceptional leadership and service to the school.
