Allen & Allen at Move with MADD Earlier this fall, the Allen & Allen team laced up their sneakers to take part in the 27th annual Move With MADD fundraiser in Henrico, VA. We were proud to stand alongside Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in their mission to make Virginia’s roads safer for everyone.

Our commitment to road safety doesn’t stop there. This year, we’ve expanded our Sober Ride Home program to include even more holidays, because we want to help Virginians celebrate the holidays safely.

The next holiday for our Sober Ride Home program? Thanksgiving Eve, one of the busiest nights on the road. Let’s work together to make it a safe one.

The Allen & Allen team was proud to attend the Fresh Start Breakfast this fall. This annual event, hosted by the Central Virginia Legal Aid Society (CVLAS), brings together many advocates throughout the legal community.
We look forward to this event each year, hearing testimonies from clients of CVLAS and how they’ve positively impacted our community by providing them the legal resources they need. We’re grateful to attend and stand alongside the CVLAS year after year.
Behind every case, every client, and every victory is our incredible team. Each day, our staff meets us with compassion, dedication, and professionalism while supporting our clients through meaningful interactions. During Legal Week, we dedicated time to recognize and celebrate our team!

A favorite part of Legal Week is our annual Marcella Murray Award! Team members from Allen & Allen offices across Virginia gathered to celebrate this special evening and honor one of our own.

The award is named in memory of Marcella Murray, a beloved legal assistant whose integrity, exceptional service, and unwavering commitment to clients left a lasting mark on our firm. Each year, this award recognizes a team member who carries on that legacy. This year’s winner, Jessica Joyce, does just that.

Jessica is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond for both her colleagues and clients. She’s the kind of teammate who steps up wherever she’s needed, no matter how full her plate may be. Her clients describe her as truly one of a kind, and we couldn’t agree more. In recognition of her dedication, Jessica was presented with a $1,000 award by Allen & Allen’s President Jason Konvicka.

This November, Allen & Allen team was honored to host the Garden of Hope at Blood Cancer United’s Light the Night event. This powerful and inspiring gathering brings together survivors, supporters, and families affected by blood cancer to honor loved ones and shine a collective light of hope and remembrance. We were grateful for the opportunity to sponsor a booth and take part in the walk, joining others in support of those whose lives have been touched by blood cancer. The evening was filled with stories of strength, moments of reflection, and a shared sense of community.
