The firm told me they would help me as best they could, and they kept that promise. We were in nonstop communication throughout the case, every time they had new information. I was never out of the loop.  When my case went to trial, I felt like I didn’t have anything to worry about, even when the other attorney tried twisting the case. They made it clear to the jury what really happened. My advice to someone would be to let Allen & Allen take care of your case. This is what they do every day and they were great. They protected me.   Ronald from Unionville

Why you should avoid posting accident details on social media

Social media is a great way to stay in touch with friends and family across the globe. But when you’re in a car accident, social media can make your personal injury claim more difficult. If you’re ever in an accident, you should avoid posting information about that accident or your injuries on social media. There’s…

Commercial bus wreck – $8 million jury verdict

Jason Konvicka
On September 21, 2007, at 7:30 am the plaintiff, a 32-year-old research librarian with the Library of Virginia, was walking to work. The bus accident took place at 8th and Marshall in downtown Richmond, Virginia where she was only one block from work. The plaintiff waited at the sidewalk at the intersection until she had…
The guidance and support I received from Chris Toepp during the last two years has been beyond any of my expectations. His knowledge of the correct path forward and his ability to explain the legal process enabled me to move past the trauma I experienced from my automobile accident. Chris is the best possible person I could ever have advocating for me, and I’m extremely grateful to him for everything he did. Testimonial - Thaddeus from Ferrum

Testimonial: Christopher

I would refer Allen & Allen to all those injured in an accident. They took an extremely unpleasant event and turned it into a stress-free process. They remained in contact with me and checked on my progress. I truly believe they were concerned for my health and valued me as a client. They took care…

Tractor-trailer crash – $23 million jury verdict

Allen & Allen secured a $23 million verdict in the Jones vs. Moen trial. This case involved a collision between two tractor-trailers on I-295 in Virginia. The plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury and lost a leg. A truck owned by Moen Inc. had stopped for nine minutes in the emergency lane of I-295 before…
I was in a commercial vehicle accident in rural Pennsylvania. I was stopped on the highway for an accident up ahead, where they had closed the road. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw another tractor-trailer coming up behind me, and they were going full speed. There was nothing I could do. I had two broken vertebrae, compression fractures in my spine, a broken elbow, and a sprained shoulder. I was in rehab for two months. I had a couple of albations in my lower back, steroid injections - six procedures altogether. I made the mistake of going to another attorney first. They sat on the case for a year. At the one-year mark, I promised myself I would find better representation. I talked to Jason that first day, and he said he would get on it. He got all the information he needed. Within the first week, Allen & Allen had already done more than that other lawyer did in a whole year! It was definitely a relief to work with Jason. He really ran with my case. He took the bull by the horns. It was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
