  • 10/21/21 – AFFCO, USA is recalling nearly 25,000 pounds of frozen raw lamb because the shipment was not given the benefit of re-inspection in the United States.
  • 10/21/21 – Demaiz. Inc. is recalling nearly 21,000 pounds of pork and beef tamales due to mislabeling and an undeclared allergen; sesame seeds.
  • 10/20/21 – ProSource Produce Inc. is the source of a Salmonella Oranieburg outbreak linked to multiple types of onions grown in Mexico.  The FDA believes that since the shelf life can last up to three months, consumers should check their produce.
  • 10/19/21 – Ivar’s Soup and Sauce Company is recalling 14,968 sleeves of refrigerated Kettle Classic Clam Chowder from Costco shelves, because of the possibility of foreign matter contamination; sharp opaque plastic pieces.
  • 10/15/21 – Evans Food Group, Ltd. is recalling over 10,000 pounds of pork pellet products (to be turned into pork rinds and chicharrones), as they were processed for market without the benefit of inspection.
  • 10/14/21 – Butterball, LLC is recalling over 14,000 pounds of ground turkey products that may be contaminated with pieces of blue plastic.
  • 10/12/21 – Maple Island, Inc. is recalling their Parent’s Choice Rice Baby Cereal from Walmart shelves because it tested for excessive levels of naturally-occurring inorganic arsenic.
  • 10/11/21 – Crider Foods is recalling about 525,717 pounds of canned beef with gravy, due to unsafe levels of lead. It’s from a spice mix from an outside supplier.
  • 10/10/21 – Nick’s Famous Bar-B-Q is recalling over 3,100 pounds of ready-to-eat smoked pork products, as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 10/7/21 – Fullei Fresh is recalling their bean sprouts and soy sprouts, as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 10/5/21 – Greenhead Lobster Products is recalling nearly 6,000 pounds of frozen cooked lobster due to potential contamination by Listeria monocytogenes.

  • 9/28/21 – Espi’s Sausage and Tocino Co. are recalling approximately 2,048 pounds of frozen “Argentina Mighty Meaty Chicken and Pork Hot Dog Jumbo” that may be adulterated with Listeria monocytogenes.

  • 9/27/21 – Nestle USA, Inc. is recalling nearly 28,000 pounds of frozen DiGiorno Crispy Pan Crust pepperoni pizza due to misbranding and undeclared allergen: soy protein.
  • 9/23/21 – Ready Pac Foods, Inc. is recalling approximately 222,915 pounds of ready-to-eat salad products because the salad dressing has been recalled by the producer, Litehouse Inc., due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen: anchovies.
  • 9/22/21 – Green Field Farms Dairy has issued a multi-state recall of their whole chocolate milk, as tests show it was not completely pasteurized.
  • 9/18/21 – Drew’s Organics LLC is recalling one lot code of Aldi Simply Nature Organic Poppy Seed Dressing because of a processing issue that may put consumers at risk for botulism.
  • 9/18/21 – Baker Farms is recalling certain Baker Kroger and SEG Grocers brand names of kale in 1-pound plastic bags because of a potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination

  • 9/16/21 – Buurma Farms, Inc. is recalling some of their flat parsley after testing showed possible contamination with Shiga-toxin producing E. coli.
  • 9/16/21 – The Kroger Co. is recalling 16 oz. bags of fresh kale due to potential Listeria contamination.

  • 9/13/21 – Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc. has issued a multi-state recall of their curly-leaf parsley after testing showed contamination with shiga-toxin-producing E. coli.
  • 9/13/21 – Jag Specialty Foods is recalling their Italian Recipe Snack Tray products, as the breadsticks may be contaminated with a top allergen – sesame seeds.

  • 7/27/21 – McCormick & Company, Inc. is recalling their Perfect Pinch Italian Seasoning and Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Ranch Seasoning due to Salmonella concerns.
  • 7/27/21 – Whole Foods Market is recalling Cahill Cheddar Porter and Whiskey Cheddar Cheeses in 44 states due to the risk of contamination by Listeria monocytogenes.

  • 6/30/21 – Merkley & Sons is recalling 1 lb and 5 lb packages of ground beef, due to possible E. coli contamination.
  • 6/28/21 – Avanti Frozen Foods Pvt. Ltd. is recalling several brands of shrimp, because of its link to a Salmonella Weltevreden outbreak.
  • 6/28/21 – Dole is recalling certain cases of Dole Fresh Blueberries because of possible Cyclospora (parasite) contamination.
  • 6/16/21 – Designed by Nature is recalling its Goat’s Milk Powder, Cow’s Milk Powder and Base Milk Powder formulas, because the label isn’t clear that this product is not intended for use as infant formula.
  • 6/15/21 – Empire Fruit is recalling its SCORE Montmorency Tart Cherry Juice, because of its potential to contain Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 6/9/21 – Beech-Nut is recalling its infant rice cereal, and will discontinue selling this product, due to ecesessive levels of naturally-occuring inoganic arsenic that exceeds FDA guidelines, which can be harmful to infants.
  • 6/8/21 – Banner Smoked Fish, Inc. is recalling fish dip, smoked fish, salads, pickled fish and cream sauces under its name, as well as its Smilin’ Bob brand, due to contamination by Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 6/6/21 – Sunshine Mills is recalling six lots of their dog food, due to concerns about Salmonella contamination. The brands being recalled include Sportsman’s Pride, Sprout Sporting, Intimidator and FRM Gold Select.
  • 6/6/21 – Olde Thompson LLC is recalling their Olde Thompson and Sun Harvest brand ground coriander spice, due to concerns about Salmonella contamination.
  • 6/4/21 – Banner Smoked Fish, Inc. is recalling various smoked fish products, as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 5/31/21 – Tiger Nuts Inc. is recalling nearly 450 pounds of Tiger Nuts Flour because the product may be contaminated with Salmonella.
  • 5/31/21 – Guan’s Mushroom Co., Concord Farms, Sun Hong, Marquis Worldwide Specialty, Inc. and Rainfield Marketing Group are recalling all packages of their enoki mushrooms, as they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 5/31/21 – California Terra Garden, Inc. is recalling all cases of its Seafood Mushroom because they could be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 5/28/21 – King’s Command Foods, LLC. is recalling over 25,000 pounds of various meat and poultry products, but to misbranding and undeclared allergens such as eggs, wheat and milk.
  • 5/27/21 – Randall Foods Inc. is recalling jars of beans under the label “Hurst’s,” due to a manufacturing error with temperature controls, which could lead to foodborne illness.
  • 5/26/21 – Legacy Food Company, Inc. is recalling nearly 68,000 pounds of beef jerky, due to misbranding and an undeclared allergen: sesame oil.
  • 5/24/21 – Big Daddy Foods, Inc., is recalling over 130,800 pounds of frozen, fully-cooked diced chicken because it may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 5/24/21 – Otten’s Seafood Inc., is recalling over 46,800 pounds of frozen catfish, because they were packed and distributed without the benefit of federal inspection.
  • 5/21/21 – Milan Provisions, Co. is recalling 6,000 pounds of jalapeno chorizo sausage, as the pork was produced without the benefit of Federal Inspection.

  • 4/27/21 – Velvet Ice Cream is recalling all of its ice cream and sherbet products made after March 24th because they may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
  • 4/26/21 – Faribault Foods Inc. is recalling cans of S&W Organic Black Beans and Chili Beans because of a compromised hermetic seal, which could lead to bacteria poisoning.
  • 4/25/21 – Super World Trading Inc. is recalling over 26,000 pounds of ready-to-eat siluriformes products, as they are an ineligible export from China.
  • 4/25/21 – More Than Gourmet, Inc. is recalling nearly 7,000 pounds of beef and veal broth and stock that may be contaminated with foreign matter contamination, specifically hydraulic oil.
  • 4/23/21 – Golden Medal Mushroom Inc. and Guan’s Mushroom Co. are recalling packages of their enoki mushrooms because of potential Listeria contamination.
  • 4/23/21 – Jule’s Foods is recalling all flavors of their vegan Jule’s Cashew Brie, due to Salmonella Duisburg, a rare serotype of Salmonella.

  • 4/12/21 – Plainville Brands, LLC is pulling over 211,000 pounds of ground turkey products, because it is believed that they are linked to Salmonella Hadar illness.
  • 4/3/21 – Dungeness Valley Creamery has recalled their raw milk due to Campylobactor bacteria contamination.
  • 4/2/21 – Rong Shing Trading Inc., doing business as Double R Trading Inc. is recalling over 3,360 punds of Chinese hot pot base, as they contain beef tallow. China is currently a country ineligible for beef exports to the U.S.
  • 3/30/21 – Sabra Dipping Co LLC is recalling thousands of cases of hummus, as they have tested positive for Salmonella
  • 3/30/21 – Trident Seafoods Corp. is recalling Pacific salmon burgers from Costco, as they may be contaminated with pieces of metal.
