Three Allen & Allen Attorneys Selected in the 2015 Legal Elite

The personal injury law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that P. Christopher Guedri,  James Mick “Jamie” Kessel and Christopher J. Toepp have been recognized by Virginia Business Magazine as one of the 2015 Legal Elite in Civil Litigation in Virginia.

Chris Guedri practices at the Firm’s Richmond office. His ability to master complex technical, scientific and medical facts has made him a formidable adversary who delivers exceptional results.  In 2015, Chris was named “Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers in America in the Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs category in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Guedri has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubble and was listed in the “Legal Elite Best Lawyers” in Virginia Business Magazine in 2005 and 2008.

Jamie Kessel works in the Firm’s Richmond and Short Pump offices. His significant legal experience demonstrates a strong commitment to the judicial system, and he prepares every case as if it will go to trial. Jamie was honored as one of Richmond Magazine’s “Top 50 Attorneys in Richmond” and Virginia Super Lawyers “Top 100 Attorneys in Virginia.” He has been selected as a Super Lawyer in the category “Personal Injury Plaintiff” in 2013, 2014, and 2015 and was previously selected as a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers in 2010, 2011, and 2012.  Jamie has been included in the “Legal Elite” by Virginia Business Magazine every year since 2010.

Chris Toepp is located in the Firm’s Fredericksburg office. His expansive trial experience includes hundreds of bench and jury trials and he has a deep understanding of jurors’ expectations when they evaluate a case. Chris has been voted one of Fredericksburg’s “Top 10 of the Next Gen” for his passion for community and accomplishments in his field. This is his second year of recognition in the “Legal Elite.”
