The personal injury law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that P. Christopher Guedri and Christopher J. Toepp have been recognized by Virginia Business Magazine as two of the 2016 Legal Elite in Civil Litigation in Virginia.
Chris Guedri practices out of the Firm’s Richmond office. His ability to master complex technical, scientific and medical facts has made him a formidable adversary who delivers exceptional results in the courtroom, including multi-million dollar verdicts listed in Virginia Lawyers Weekly’s “Top Verdicts.” He was selected as Best Lawyers’ Richmond Personal Injury Litigation – Plaintiffs “Lawyer of the Year” in 2015. In 2016, Chris and partner Jason Konvicka obtained a $42 million settlement for three men who were seriously burned and the family of one man who was killed as a result of a workplace explosion. This recovery is believed to be one of the largest personal injury settlements in Virginia during 2016.
Chris Toepp practices out of the Firm’s Fredericksburg office. His expansive trial experience includes hundreds of bench and jury trials. Chris is successful in part due to his deep understanding of jurors’ expectations when they evaluate a case. Chris has been voted one of Fredericksburg’s “Top 10 of the Next Gen” for his passion for community and accomplishments in his field. Chris has been recognized in the “Legal Elite” for three consecutive years.
The Legal Elite program is a peer-driven system of recognition. More than 1,200 lawyers cast their ballots to determine the 2016 honorees. Such large scale consultation of the legal community creates a reliable list of excellent attorneys who have the full confidence of their peers.
