Last night, the 2022 Allen & Allen Hometown Heroes gathered for the final party of the season, and it was one for the books! Throughout the summer, we held Hometown Heroes celebrations in Charlottesville, Fredericksburg, and finally Richmond, at a Flying Squirrels game at The Diamond!
Heroes enjoyed a picnic with barbecue, burgers, and hot dogs, along with ice-cold drinks. They were then called down to the field to be acknowledged by Allen & Allen president Edward Allen. Many firm employees were there to cheer on the impressive class of 2022! Himani Daanya Saraff, a Hero and middle-schooler, even got to throw the first pitch!
We enjoyed America’s favorite pastime while getting to know our heroes, and their friends and family. Finally, the night ended with a dramatic fireworks display – a sweet sendoff to these amazing Virginians, and for many, summer itself.
