Allen, making him the first fourth-generation Allen to join the firm’s leadership. Scott is known for his ability to think on his feet in complicated cases and has achieved exceptional results in his (nearly 100) trials. Scott has been named a Rising Star by Virginia Super Lawyers from 2018 to 2021.

Ashley Davis is a legal strategist and litigator who specializes in food litigation, product liability, federal litigation, and appellate advocacy on the Supreme Court level. In 2016, she was on the team of attorneys who secured a $42 million settlement – the largest personal injury settlement in Virginia that year. Ashley is a sought-after public speaker for attorney engagements across the country, covering legislative changes, foodborne illness, and much more. She has previously been named to Virginia Super Lawyers, and in 2022, was named as “One to Watch” in Best Lawyers of America.
