The American Board of Trial Advocates is a national association, consisting of judges and attorneys with considerable accomplishments. This invitation-only association is dedicated to the preservation and promotion of the civil jury trial right, provided by the Seventh Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. They work to foster improvement in the ethical and technical standards of practice, while remaining consistent with time-tested and traditional principles of litigation.
