Danielle B. Kent

Meet Danielle

Danielle is a personal injury attorney practicing out of Allen & Allen’s Richmond and Fredericksburg offices who focuses on matters involving car, truck, or motorcycle crashes, dog bites, and premises cases. Danielle has been a victim of a motor vehicle accident herself, and that experience helps her to better empathize with her clients and gives her a passion to achieve successful results on their behalf. She knows that those injured in a collision need to feel secure, and she strives to bring that security to each and every client.

When she isn’t defending the rights of her clients, Danielle serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Richmond School of Law. In this role, she teaches law students advanced trial skills and helps hone their knowledge of the rules of evidence at both the federal and state law levels. She also volunteers her time coaching law students as they compete in trial advocacy competitions across the nation.

Danielle is also involved with the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association serving on the Young Trial Lawyers, Education, and Legislative Committees. A native of New Jersey, Danielle grew up in Wilmington, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and received her Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Political Science and Dramatic Art. Danielle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to graduation, she was admitted into the Order of the Barristers. Danielle also has a rich theater background which allows her to bring confidence and poise to her role as an advocate for her clients.

In her free time, Danielle enjoys cooking, playing tennis and golf, and supporting her local community theater. She currently lives in Richmond, Virginia with her husband, Brad Kent, their son Trey, and their two loving dogs.
