One day, I was driving and someone struck my car at an intersection. Not only did I need physical therapy for my back, but I had to go to therapy for PTSD (post-traumatic stress disorder).
The insurance company for the person who hit me was not being responsive. But once I got on board with Emily, things suddenly started rolling. Emily is so good at communication. Every time I spoke with her on the phone, she made sure I understood everything and had all my questions answered. I felt like it was an open door to contact her, and every time I reached out, she would answer, or call me back within 24 hours.
She was always on board with everything I wanted to do, everything I felt I needed. There was never any step in the process where I felt like I was being taken advantage of, or didn’t understand what was going on. She was great.
