Allen & Allen is incredibly proud to announce that Derrick Walker, one of the firm’s shareholders, has been honored with the American Association for Justice’s (AAJ) prestigious David S. Shrager President’s Award.
This award recognizes an AAJ member who has demonstrated former president David Shrager’s passion for the law and trial bar, and who has made an outstanding contribution to civil justice and the work of AAJ.
Derrick remains remarkably dedicated to his work within the organization. He is a member of AAJ’s Executive Committee, Budget Committee, the PAC Board of Trustees and the National College of Advocacy Board, among other important committees.
The American Association for Justice promotes justice and fairness for injured persons, safeguards victims’ rights—particularly the right to trial by jury—and strengthens the civil justice system, through education and disclosure of information critical to public health and safety.
Derrick will be recognized during the Membership Luncheon at AAJ’s Annual Convention in Seattle.
