Two New Attorneys Join the Allen Law Firm in Richmond and Charlottesville

The personal injury law firm of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen is pleased to announce that attorneys Abbigale E. Bricker and David M. Irvine have joined the firm.

Abby Bricker

Abby Bricker has joined the firm’s Richmond office as the Intake Attorney and strategic business manager. She supervises the new case department and works with clients at the earliest stages of their case to help determine how Allen & Allen’s attorneys are best able to meet their needs. Abby received her Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University and earned her J.D. from the University of Richmond School of Law. Prior to joining Allen & Allen, she spent almost fifteen years as a litigator in Richmond, VA and has handled settlements and trials across Virginia and the District of Columbia.

David Irvine

David Irvine will be working in the firm’s Charlottesville, Virginia office. He is an experienced trial attorney focusing his practice on personal injury law. He has handled cases involving car accidents, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death and has litigated cases across the Commonwealth on behalf of deserving clients.  David grew up in Buena Vista, Virginia. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Religion from Wake Forest University, graduating summa cum laude. He then went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law. David has published on topics related to litigation in wrongful death cases and trial procedure and regularly speaks on litigation topics.
