When George E. Allen, Sr. started the Allen Law Firm in 1910, his approach was simple: Take care of your clients and the rest will take care of itself. His success was a direct result of hard work and an unwavering commitment to his clients. Over 100 years later, the firm has grown dramatically but the approach to our clients and our business remains the same.

With the mission of providing aggressive advocacy for the rights of injured persons consistent with the highest professional standards and maximum client satisfaction, Allen & Allen recognizes its responsibility to our clients, members of the firm, suppliers and the community. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of service, integrity and responsibility. Our ethical code of conduct contains a number of principles which apply to everything we do.

Our attorneys are required to perform their duties in strict accord with the Code of Professional Conduct as promulgated by the Virginia State Bar. We expect all employees to practice honesty and integrity in all aspects of their work and we aim for all clients to be treated with understanding and compassion.
