Elizabeth M. Allen (Retired)

Beth Allen, now retired, engaged in the practice of plaintiff's personal injury law for over 20 years. As a longtime partner of the firm, her experience covered a broad range of legal fields including complex automobile/trucking and products liability cases.

From 1988 to 2004, Beth served as a branch manager of the firm's Petersburg, Virginia office handles management duties there as well as representing many Southside Virginia clients. A resident of Petersburg, she has participated in many Petersburg civic organizations and has taken on leadership roles in many of them. Beth served as President of Allen, Allen, Allen & Allen during the 2006/2007 firm year.

Before joining the Allen & Allen personal injury law firm in 1985, Beth practiced insurance and medical malpractice defense law in another Richmond area law firm. At the beginning of her legal career, she worked as a staff law clerk for the Supreme Court of Virginia. Since her admission to the Virginia State Bar, Beth has served on numerous bar related state-wide committees and conferences.

Beth and her husband, Charles H. Cuthbert, Jr., an attorney with Cuthbert Law Offices in Petersburg, Virginia are the parents of a son. Beth also has an adult daughter.
